Right now the apartment smells of apples and cinnamon as I'm baking an Irish Apple Cake for tomorrow's cook off challenge.
I'm going to top the cake off with either homemade Irish Creme Whipped Creme or a Honey Yogurt Glaze. Either way its going to be yummy.
