Well, what a year it's been.
I moved to a land far, far away to be with a handsome man. Great things sometimes come with sacrifices and I gave up my awesome job to be with the one I love.
Nevada has, admittedly, been a challenge. After not working for a few months I found a job. Six months later I was laid off. Off work again for a few more months then found a good part time job I hope works into something more.
It's been nearly a year of new friendships, cook-off's, chaotic camping trips, broken down cars (that Handsome fixed) and domestic adventurers.
Now that things have settled into a steady rhythm I'm going to try and pickup this blog again. The next year promises plenty of shenanigans, book reviews, creative scheming and recipes.
